Sr. Fullstack Developer TIPL_428

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sr. Fullstack Developer with 6–9 years of experience in Full Stack Development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, AWS, MongoDB, frontend and backend technologies, along with team handling and project delivery experience. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend and backend developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
• Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
• Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments on AWS.
• Design and optimize MongoDB databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in architecture planning and technical decision-making.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Required Skills
• Strong experience in Node.js and backend development.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend frameworks.
• Good knowledge of AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, and RDS.
• Strong expertise in MongoDB database design and optimization.
• Experience with REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Good understanding of authentication and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and team management abilities. Preferred Skills
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud-native applications.
• Experience in scalable system design and performance optimization. Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Preferred Candidate Profile
• 6–9 years of overall software development experience.
• Experience leading development teams and managing client communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
