Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer proficient in Node.js to join the Founder’s Office team at Somvanshi Technologies. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing scalable backend systems, APIs, databases, and server-side architecture for ongoing products and client solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development & Architecture
• Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable backend applications using Node.js
• Build secure and efficient REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Design and manage server-side architecture for web platforms and internal systems
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of applications Database & System Management
• Manage and optimize databases such as MongoDB and MySQL
• Maintain data security, backup systems, and database efficiency
• Monitor server performance and troubleshoot backend issues when required Collaboration & Technical Execution
• Work closely with frontend developers, designers, and project teams
• Participate in project planning, sprint discussions, and technical decision-making
• Review code quality and ensure structured development practices Maintenance & Optimization
• Identify bugs and implement efficient fixes
• Improve existing systems for better scalability and performance
• Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code Eligibility Criteria
• 3–5 years of experience in backend development
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js
• Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or similar databases
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture
• Familiarity with Git, deployment workflows, and cloud/server environments
• Good understanding of authentication systems and application security
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills
• Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of AWS, Firebase, or cloud platforms
• Understanding of scalable system design
