Position Name: Product Solutions Manager II Location: Bangalore Shift: Hammersmith, UK Band: BPO 3/5 ABOUT THE ROLE As an integral member of Product Solutions, the Product Solutions Manager II supports review, enhancement and support of Broadcast Management Systems and Air-Time-Sales workflows and ancillary media applications. Works with internal teams, users and third-party vendors to deliver roadmap features and workflow solutions. WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Participate in system review activities and product workflow requirements.
• Develop, analyse, prioritize and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams and flowcharts.
• Translate business requirements into specifications for implementation.
• Track product-related queries to completeness; manage change controls; coordinate delivery of functional solutions.
• Provide hands-on support with planning, scheduling, configuration and triaging requests.
