Prepare production-ready files and ensure assets are delivered accurately across required channels. Balance speed and craft across multiple campaigns, launches, and stakeholder asks. Contribute to storytelling frameworks that make the brand clearer, sharper, and more memorable. Audit existing assets and identify opportunities to improve consistency, clarity, and performance. Maintain a high bar for visual detail, accessibility, and brand fidelity in every deliverable. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in design, visual communication, or a related discipline. Strong command of visual hierarchy, typography, layout systems, and brand consistency. Confidence working across multiple stakeholders while translating feedback into polished design outcomes. Ability to present concepts clearly and defend design decisions with sound rationale. Strong attention to detail, production readiness, and quality control across final assets.
