Key Responsibilities
- Design user friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms aligned with project workflows
- Convert product requirements and user journeys into wireframes, mockups, and high fidelity designs
- Conduct basic user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Improve existing interfaces based on analytics, feedback, and usability gaps
- Ensure accessibility, consistency, and performance focused design practices Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in UI / UX design for web or mobile applications
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, wireframes, and final UI designs
- Experience designing dashboards, forms, and data heavy applications is a plus
- Exposure to healthcare, ERP, or government style platforms is an advantage Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user psychology
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Ability to explain design decisions clearly to technical and non technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail with a strong sense of visual hierarchy and typography
- Practical mindset with the ability to balance aesthetics and usability
