Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail -oriented Senior Graphic Designer to<\/b> lead our design team and oversee the development of high -quality visual content across digital and offline platforms. This role combines hands -on design work with team leadership, ensuring brand consistency and impactful visual storytelling. <\/div> <\/span><\/div>

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, ensuring high performance and creativity. <\/span><\/li>
• Oversee the end -to -end design process from concept to final execution <\/span><\/li>
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels <\/span><\/li>
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver compelling visuals <\/span><\/li>
• Review and approve designs, graphics, layouts, and final outputs <\/span><\/li>
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities effectively <\/span><\/li>
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices <\/span><\/li>
• Handle vendor coordination for print and external design work (if required) <\/span><\/li>
• Ensure designs align with business goals and marketing strategies <\/span><\/li><\/ul> <\/div><\/span> Requirements<\/h3>
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field <\/li>
• 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role <\/li>
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects <\/li>
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, ) <\/li>
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles <\/li>
• Experience with digital, social media, and branding design <\/li>
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills <\/li>
