• Location: A-86 DDA Sheds, Okhla Phase – II, New Delhi
• Qualification: Pursuing or completed Graduation (BBA / B.Com / B.A / MBA / any field)
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience
• Stipend: As per Industry Norms
• Flexibility: Should be open to handling multiple digital platforms and marketing activities Key Responsibilities Social Media Management
• Manage and update social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Schedule posts and maintain content calendar
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages Content Creation
• Create engaging content including posts, captions, and basic creatives
• Assist in making reels, videos, and promotional content
• Coordinate with design team (if required) Digital Campaigns
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Support in running ads (Google Ads / Meta Ads – basic level)
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements SEO & Website Support
• Assist in basic SEO activities (keywords, content optimization)
• Help in updating website content (if required) Market Research & Analysis
• Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior
• Provide insights for improving marketing strategies Data Management & Reporting
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads)
• Prepare reports on campaign and social media performance Desired Skills & Competencies
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Creativity and content creation skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva / editing tools
• Good communication and writing skills
• Interest in branding, marketing, and online growth
