A. Digital Marketing Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and update digital marketing strategies across all digital channels
- Plan paid marketing campaigns and align with business goals. 2. Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Create, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
- Coordinate with agencies/vendors on campaign execution and creative delivery.
- Manage influencer marketing initiatives. 3. Website & Digital Asset Management
- Oversee website updates, UX improvements, and content changes.
- Ensure digital assets follow brand guidelines.
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and user behavior. 4. Analytics & Reporting B. IT Project Management Responsibilities (Business Side) 1. Requirement Gathering & Documentation
- Work with business stakeholders to define and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT teams. 2. Project Planning
- Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and project roadmap.
- Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and internal departments. 3. Project Execution & Coordination
- Track progress of ongoing projects (e.g., website enhancements, system integrations).
- Conduct sprint planning, vendor follow-ups, and daily status monitoring.
- Raise and mitigate risks, issues, and blockers.
