As a Project Manager with expertise in GIS, POI Mapping, and Navigation, your role will involve: - Leading a large team towards meeting project goals with your exceptional leadership skills - Providing recommendations for the improvement of the mapping process - Overseeing hiring, training, mentoring, and reviewing the performance of team members - Coordinating with various functional managers to ensure smooth project execution - Driving service delivery performance with a focus on Escalation Management, Risk Management, and Stakeholder interaction - Managing SLA, People, and Process effectively - Demonstrating a deep understanding of project management systems and tools such as workflow management system - Supporting Senior Management with timely inputs on project progress and team performance - Reviewing, maintaining, and managing quality metrics - Coordinating with clients to resolve technical queries and escalations - Identifying training needs, ensuring effective training, and managing staffing - Planning and delivering projects effectively - Managing Team managers and Team Leads, troubleshooting issues, and conducting periodic status review meetings - Monitoring team performance and adapting to change management effectively Additionally, the company values your contribution towards achieving project success and encourages a collaborative work environment to ensure seamless project delivery.
