Job description
You will support the execution of project management practices within the IT Services & Operations Organization. Responsibilities
- Create project setups, processes, and metrics reporting.
- Gather and document requirements by working with internal and external functional teams.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings between technical resources and business unit partners.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is completed correctly and tasks comply with departmental processes.
- Assist the PM with process development and the execution of project management training. Required Skills
- Data analysis experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Any Graduate degree. Preferred Skills
- 1-2 years of project management or project coordination experience.
- Knowledge of project management methods and theories.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
