Project Manager Construction & Corporate Interiors

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of corporate interior fit-out projects
• Prepare detailed project schedules, execution plans, and manpower planning
• Ensure delivery within committed timelines and approved budgets
• Drive site progress reviews and milestone tracking Technical & Quality Management
• Execute projects as per architectural, MEP & structural drawings
• Ensure quality standards and finishing benchmarks are maintained
• Conduct regular site inspections and snag closure
• Ensure safety and statutory compliance at site Commercial & Cost Control
• Review BOQs, budgeting, and cost estimations
• Track project costs and manage variations
• Validate contractor bills and ensure financial discipline
• Control wastage and optimize resource utilization Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Manage contractors, subcontractors & vendors
• Coordinate with design, procurement & internal stakeholders
• Lead project review meetings and progress reporting Preferred candidate profile: Specify required role expertise, previous job experience, or relevant certifications.
