Job description

Senior Executive Human Resources Parul University, Vadodara, Gujarat, India (On-site) We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with 3–6 years of experience in bulk and volume hiring. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely closures, and maintaining high-quality hiring standards across multiple roles. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing. Handle bulk/volume hiring for multiple roles. 2. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and internal databases. 3. Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. 4. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases. 5. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver accordingly. Generate recruitment reports and dashboards using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) 6. Track hiring metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, and source effectiveness, Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field 2. 4–6 years of experience in bulk hiring/volume recruitment 3. Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment 4. Hands-on experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, Reporting)
