The Role We're hiring a Customer Support Specialist to become a core part of our client success team. You'll be the first point of contact for our users—solving problems, building trust, and delivering support that feels personal, not robotic. Your Day-to-Day
- Full-time support coverage, later on rotating morning/evening shifts (UK time)
- Responding to client queries via E mail, Chat, Phone, Discord and Social Media
- Troubleshooting, resolving, and explaining issues clearly and effectively
- Collaborating with the team to share user feedback and improve clients' experience What You Bring
- A customer-obsessed attitude with patience and empathy
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
- The ability to thrive both independently and in a team
- Experience in Forex trading or financial markets is an advantage What We Offer
