Role Description We are looking for a talented and experienced .Net Full Stack Developer with expertise in .Net and React for our Gurgaon office. As a full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications by leveraging your backend and frontend programming expertise. Your role will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and efficient code, debugging, and improving existing software. You will also be involved in implementing best practices for software development and delivering high-quality solutions that align with business objectives. Qualifications

• Proficiency in backend development with .Net, C#, and related frameworks
• Strong skills in frontend development using React, JavaScript, and modern libraries
• Understanding of integration with APIs, databases, and DevOps practices
• Experience in debugging, code optimization, and performance enhancement
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and participation in Scrum teams
• Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is a plus
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design is beneficial
