🚨 We're Hiring | Full-Stack Developer — AI + Creative Tech At Skycom, we've built the Social Tree — a landmark LED + architectural lighting installation at Select Citywalk, New Delhi. It's one of the most technically sophisticated DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) installations in India. Now we're Developing the Next Level Innovation 🎯 The Project We're developing an AI-assisted platform that analyses advertiser video content and automatically generates synchronized architectural lighting packages for the Social Tree — matching brand colors, mood, motion energy, and audio beat to the lighting system in real time. This is not a routine project. It sits at the intersection of AI, video analysis, creative lighting, and DOOH media technology. Nobody in India has built something like this before. We want to build it first. 🛠️ What You'll Build

• Video and audio analysis engine (color extraction, scene detection, beat mapping)
• AI-assisted lighting composer (rule-based + LLM-assisted)
• MADRIX-compatible script (.mas) export system
• Web-based operator dashboard with preview and approval workflow
• Future: Broadsign + MADRIX HTTP trigger integration 💻 Skills We're Looking For
• Python (backend, video/audio processing — FFmpeg, OpenCV or similar)
• React or Next.js (frontend dashboard)
• REST API development
• Basic understanding of JSON/CSV data structures
• Comfortable working with AI coding tools like Claude Code
• Bonus: experience with lighting systems, DMX, LED control, or creative tech
• Bonus: familiarity with AI/LLM APIs 🧠 The Right Person You don't need to know MADRIX or DOOH going in — we'll brief you fully.
