Node.js & React.js Developer (Full-Stack | Onsite)

About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Node.js & React.js developer to work on an existing production web application . This is not a training or frontend-only role. You will be responsible for building features, fixing bugs, and supporting production systems while working closely with product, design, and QA teams. This role requires comfort owning code across both backend and frontend and working in a fast-paced delivery environment. Note: This is a full-time, onsite role . Remote or hybrid work is not applicable.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js (Express or NestJS)
• Build and enhance frontend components using React.js
• Design, consume, and integrate REST APIs
• Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
• Fix bugs, improve performance, and handle production issues
• Work on an existing codebase, improving stability and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and QA teams
• Write clean, readable, and well-documented code
• Participate in deployments and support releases as needed Required Skills & Experience
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) , HTML, and CSS
• Experience with state management (Redux or Context API)
• Practical experience working with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Git and basic development workflows
• Comfortable debugging issues in development and production environments
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills Good to Have
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience working in agile or sprint-based teams This Role Is NOT for You If:
