Senior Python Developer with GenAI [5+yrs]

Location: Bangalore and Chennai Exp: 5-8yrs We are looking for a Senior Python Backend Developer with 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Python backend development and 1+ year of practical experience in AI/ML, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Python backend development, with expertise in building scalable, high-performance, and secure applications.
• Extensive experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, and Flask.
• Proven experience in designing RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, asynchronous programming, and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Proficiency in SQL and Bash scripting.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure, with a strong understanding of cloud-native application design and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting. AI/ML Requirements (1+ Year Experience)
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with practical exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience working with AI/ML platforms such as Amazon SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure AI.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering, prompt tuning, model evaluation, and versioning for LLM-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Hugging Face, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Experience using LangChain and/or LlamaIndex to build RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.
