Job Title: Lead II software engineer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Thiruvananthapuram Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Front-End Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js to build and support scalable enterprise applications. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Contribute to application architecture and technical design discussions.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code while participating in code reviews.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Coordinate development activities with junior and intermediate developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.
• Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and high performing. Required Skills
• Strong experience with React.js, Node.js, and CSS.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL.
• Good understanding of front-end design and responsive UI development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work directly with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
