Senior Developer (Full Stack)

Must-Have Skills & Experience Technical › 2-3+ years of full-stack development experience (Node.js + React or Vue.js preferred) › Strong experience building ERP, CRM, or complex business workflow software › Proficiency with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases; experience with complex schema design › Hands-on experience with REST API design, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and multi-tenant SaaS architecture › Working knowledge of Three.js, WebGL, or any 3D visualization library — or demonstrated ability and hunger to learn fast › Experience with cloud deployment: GCP, AWS, or Azure; Docker and CI/CD pipelines › RAG pipeline and DSA knowledge. Leadership & Communication › Proven experience mentoring junior developers or interns — not just technically, but in building good engineering habits › Ability to translate product requirements from a non-technical founder into clear technical specs › Strong written and verbal communication in English; comfortable in sprint planning, demos, and client- facing technical discussions Good to Have › Experience with solar/energy tech, construction tech, or field service management software › Familiarity with AI API integration (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI) › Experience with n8n, Zapier, or custom automation/workflow engines › Exposure to Carbone.io or similar template-based document generation engines › Knowledge of India-specific integrations: GST APIs, Aadhaar/PAN verification, DISCOM portals, PMSY subsidy workflows › Experience with WebRTC or VoIP/IP telephony integrations
