Job Title : Business Analyst- Retail/ Wealth Banking Experience : 5 to 10 years Locations: Bengaluru / Pune / Hyderabad Work Mode : 5 days WFO Job Descriptions Role Overview We required the experienced Functional Business Analyst (Retail / Wealth Banking) to support large-scale banking transformation programs for global clients. The role requires strong expertise in Retail Banking, Wealth Banking, Corporate Banking, and Customer Onboarding Journeys, along with proven experience across the end-to-end change lifecycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, operations, product, and technology teams to drive transformation initiatives, gather business requirements, and support delivery across complex banking programs. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Retail, Wealth, and Corporate Banking programs.
• Support transformation initiatives across:
• Customer Onboarding
• KYC / CDD processes
• Client lifecycle management
• Wealth servicing journeys
• Banking operations modernization
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, process walkthroughs, and requirement discussions.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and process improvement activities.
• Support the end-to-end change lifecycle including requirement gathering, UAT, implementation, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with product owners, technology teams, and operations stakeholders for successful delivery.
• Assist in Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and testing coordination.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and operational requirements across banking domains. Required Skills Domain Expertise
