Ezyschooling also offers tools to compare schools, helping parents make data-driven decisions. By digitizing and simplifying admission processes, the company aims to make school selection more transparent, efficient, and stress-free. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Affiliate Marketing Manager based in Delhi. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of affiliate partnerships, including identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliates such as parenting communities, influencers, and education-focused partners. The role involves planning and executing affiliate marketing campaigns, optimizing performance, and tracking key metrics such as conversions, revenue, and ROI. The individual will manage day-to-day communication with affiliates, negotiate terms, develop promotional strategies, and provide marketing assets to maximize campaign impact. Responsibilities also include collaborating with internal marketing and sales teams, analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements to grow the affiliate channel sustainably. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Affiliate Management and Affiliate Marketing, including recruiting, onboarding, and optimizing affiliate partners.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to manage partner relationships, negotiate agreements, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Marketing and Sales skills to design compelling affiliate offers, drive conversions, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess data literacy and analytical skills to track KPIs, interpret performance reports, and make data-informed decisions.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with prior experience in affiliate or performance marketing, are highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with affiliate networks and tracking tools, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are preferred.
