Job Description: Social Media Manager Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy aligned with overall business goals. Create, maintain, and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar. Monitor SEO, web traffic metrics, and user engagement to optimize content performance. Conduct regular competitor analysis and stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates. 2. Content Creation & Management: Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, Reels, Shorts, and stories) across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube. Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure high-quality, visually appealing, and brand-consistent assets. Write catchy, impactful, and platform-specific copy, captions, and headlines. 3. Community Management & Engagement: Monitor and respond to follower comments, direct messages (DMs), and reviews in a timely, professional, and positive manner. Build and nurture a loyal online community around the brand, handling customer feedback constructively. 4. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rates, conversion rates, and follower growth) using built-in insights and third-party tools. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management with data-driven insights and actionable future recommendations. Requirements Experience: Experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or a similar role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics. Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual design and digital storytelling. Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong collaborative spirit to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
