Project Management Officer (PMO) | Chennai

Job Title: PMO / AMS Project Manager – Enterprise Applications Location: Chennai Experience: 8–20 Years Job Summary We are looking for a strong PMO / AMS Project Manager to manage Salesforce, Tally, and other enterprise IT application projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate should have strong project governance, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, reporting, and AMS support experience across enterprise applications. SAP experience is not mandatory. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end application projects and AMS engagements for Salesforce, Tally, and other enterprise applications
• Drive project governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and status reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders for smooth project execution
• Manage customer communication and provide regular updates to IT leadership
• Track deliverables, timelines, SLAs, budgets, and escalations
• Ensure smooth transition from implementation to support/operations
• Support change management, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and executive presentations Required Skills
• Strong experience in PMO / Program Management / AMS Delivery Management
• Experience handling enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Tally, CRM, ERP, or similar platforms
• Good understanding of project governance, vendor management, and stakeholder communication
• Experience in Agile / Waterfall project methodologies
• Strong reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
