- Financial Reporting & Reconciliation- Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and continuity of reporting in the absence of robust SAP generated reports.- Support reconciliation of WIP and project revenues across 600–700 projects for audit and reporting purposes.- Maintain audit-ready historical data and enable daily financial reporting through manual data extraction and consolidation.
- Regulatory & Statutory Compliance- Manage documentation and compliance related to foreign transactions, including FIRC, IDPMS, GST, and Direct Tax requirements.- Support MSME reporting and customs-related compliance processes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Asset Management & Cost Optimization- Contribute to cost optimization through accurate asset classification and insurance-related tracking.- Support build-out activities for fixed asset capitalization for new office setups.
- CSR Support- Assist in CSR contribution documentation, tracking, and reconciliation activities. What You'll Bring
- B.Com/M.com graduate with 2- 4 years of relevant experience in similar Finance and Compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting processes
- Knowledge of GST, Direct Tax, foreign transaction documentation, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to manage large volumes of data with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
