The role involves financial modelling, investment analysis, and performance tracking, with a key focus on using ARGUS for property-level analysis and valuation support. Key Responsibilities: Perform financial modeling and analysis for real estate assets using ARGUS. Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Analyze financial performance and prepare reports for stakeholders. Support investment analysis and decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights. Monitor market trends and provide recommendations. Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Participate in special projects as needed.
