POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a highly organized Digital Asset Analyst to oversee the management of our company's marketing, training, and knowledge assets. This role will involve building and maintaining a central repository for all digital materials, ensuring consistent governance and metadata standards, and serving as a bridge between Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Knowledge Management (KM) functions across the organization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Digital Asset Management (Marketing):
- Manage a centralized Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for marketing, and product materials (images, videos, presentations, collateral, etc.).
- Implement metadata, taxonomy, and file-structure standards for efficient asset retrieval. Training Asset Repository & Knowledge Management:
- Develop and manage the digital repository for training materials, knowledge assets, and learning content, ensuring secure access, proper tagging, and version control.
- Partner with Learning & Development and Product teams to standardize the storage and retrieval of training content produced on platforms.
- Align metadata, taxonomy, and governance across DAM, SharePoint, and other internal knowledge platforms to improve discoverability and knowledge-sharing.
- Provide governance and quality control over internal knowledge assets to maintain accuracy, relevance, and compliance with company standards. Collaboration & Training:
- Act as the primary liaison between Marketing, Product, L&D and IT teams to ensure seamless asset lifecycle management.
- Train internal stakeholders on how to upload, search, and maintain creative, training, and knowledge assets within the system. Optimization & Reporting:
- Monitor system usage, adoption, and analytics to recommend improvements.
- Evaluate and implement enhancements to asset workflows and integration points between DAM and KM systems. Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Library Science, Knowledge Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Digital Asset Management, Knowledge Management, or Content Operations roles.
- Hands-on experience with DAM platforms and familiarity with KM tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence).
- Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, file structures, and governance principles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
