Job Description – HR Executive Position: Assistant Manager – Human Resource Location: Vasai Experience Required: 3–4 Years Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager – Human Resource to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, attendance, and statutory compliance activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and experience handling HR functions in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Support employee engagement and welfare activities
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws
• Handle joining, exit formalities, and full & final settlement
• Prepare HR reports and MIS data
• Support performance management activities
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements Required Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR processes and labour compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation
• Ability to handle employees and maintain confidentiality
• Good organizational and coordination skills Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in HR or relevant field Preferred Candidate Profile
• 3–4 years of HR experience
• Experience in manufacturing/factory environment preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred Salary
