About the Role We are looking for an experienced HR Manager – Operations to lead and streamline our core HR operations across the organization. This role will be responsible for managing payroll, compliance, HR systems, and operational excellence while supporting business growth and organizational changes. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end payroll management including payroll processing, validation, and statutory compliance
- Manage payroll integration with HRIS and finance systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure adherence to all statutory and labor law compliances
- Lead HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and documentation
- Drive staffing operations and coordinate closely with Talent Acquisition for seamless onboarding
- Support mergers & acquisitions (M&A) from an HR operations and integration standpoint
- Manage and mentor a team, ensuring high performance and process adherence
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for process improvements and automation
- Leverage Excel, G-Suite, and AI tools for reporting, analytics, and process optimization
- Continuously improve HR processes, systems, and employee experience Eligibility Criteria
- 7+ years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll
- Experience managing HR operations for 2,000+ employee strength organizations
- Strong expertise in payroll processing, compliance, and HRIS systems
- Proven experience in team handling and stakeholder management
- Exposure to payroll integrations and process automation
- Experience supporting M&A or organizational transitions is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel, G-Suite, and AI-enabled HR tools
