Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete HR Operations and HR Administration activities.
- Manage end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition process.
- Oversee Payroll Management, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Ensure statutory compliances as per Gujarat Labour Laws and company policies.
- Handle HR Legal matters, disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and compliance documentation.
- Manage PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, PT, CLRA, Factory Act and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and labour-related documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead and manage the HR team effectively.
- Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.
- Maintain healthy employee relations and workplace discipline. Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Gujarat Labour Laws & HR Compliance.
- Experience in Payroll Processing and HR Operations.
- Good leadership and team handling capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and labour documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems. Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, Infrastructure, Port, Warehouse, or Industrial sectors preferred.
- Strong exposure to handling large workforce and compliance management. Qualification
- MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources or relevant qualification.
