The company also conducts safety workshops for corporations and institutions, committed to empowering riders with safety solutions built for their needs. Role Description As an Outbound Sales Executive at Tvarra, you will be the primary voice between our brand and its customers. Your core responsibility is to convert interest into purchase, recover lost sales, and ensure every customer, whether a rider, pillion passenger, or a parent buying for their child, feels heard and valued. This is a complete customer ownership role where empathy and product knowledge matter as much as sales targets. Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Outbound Sales. Industry doesn't matter, hunger to sell does.
- Strong Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and convert potential customers
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build instant rapport with riders, pillion passengers, parents, and first-time buyers
- Experience in Customer Delight and end-to-end order query handling including status, delivery, exchanges, and returns
- Goal-oriented and self-driven with ability to meet daily and monthly sales targets
- Prior experience in any sales environment, FMCG, insurance, telecom, retail, e-commerce, or edtech is welcome
- Familiarity with CRM tools and WhatsApp Business is a plus
