Role & responsibilities Job Description CITCE Technologies is transforming the industrial credit landscape in Ludhiana by building a "Sovereign Fintech" ecosystem for MSMEs. We are looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer who functions as a "Pilot" of our development engine. We value AI-fluency over years of manual coding and seek individuals who collaborate with AI to build robust, scalable systems at high velocity. Preferred candidate profile

• Frontend: React (Vite), Tailwind CSS, Lucide Icons
• Backend: Supabase (PostgreSQL, Row Level Security, Edge Functions)
• Infrastructure: Vercel, GitHub
• Essential Power Tools: Cursor and Claude (3.5 & 4.6). Absolute proficiency is required
• Silo Maintenance: Manage database migrations and update Row Level Security (RLS) for core systems.
• UI/UX Iteration: Rapidly develop and update the "Dispute Mediation Room" and "Banker Opportunity Hub".
• The Tally Bridge: Monitor and troubleshoot local accounting sync agents for factory partners.
• Prompt Engineering: Refine internal prompt libraries to ensure AI-generated code is secure and follows established patterns. Candidate Requirements
