Fullstack Developer - Node / React

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js (50:50). The candidate will work as an Individual Contributor and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both frontend and backend. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using Node.js and React.js .
• Build robust RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and QA.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Perform code reviews and ensure best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance.
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making. Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and React.js (balanced exposure).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with frameworks like Express.js .
• Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with databases like MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
