• Previous involvement with gaming environments

• Oversee and maintain Production and UAT environments for peak performance and stability
• Plan, execute, and streamline deployments both scheduled and agile
• Implement improvements across automation, tooling, processes, and workflows
• Lead technical project delivery with strong communication to stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents with great urgency, ownership, and clarity
• Mentor junior engineers and help onboard new team members
• Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and useful
• Provide customer-focused technical support within SLA timeframes
