Graphic Designer -3D Exhibition Stand Designer

Job Title: 3D Exhibition Stand Designer Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative 3D exhibition stand concepts, renders, and supporting 2D drawings
• Develop booth layouts based on client briefs and branding guidelines
• Produce high-quality 3D renders and walkthrough visuals
• Prepare technical drawings and production-ready files
• Coordinate with fabrication and execution teams when required
• Suggest materials, lighting, and space optimization ideas
• Review and verify all exhibition graphics/artworks before production
• Check print files for correct dimensions, bleed, resolution, colour mode, and branding consistency
• Coordinate with graphic designers and production vendors to ensure error-free output
• Ensure all visuals align with stand design, client guidelines, and fabrication requirements Required Skills
• Strong experience in exhibition stall, booth, or stand design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and V-Ray or equivalent rendering software
• Understanding of fabrication feasibility and exhibition production processes
• Ability to work within tight timelines
• Knowledge of large-format print production and exhibition graphics
• Ability to check artworks for print readiness and installation accuracy Preferred Experience
• Prior experience in the exhibition or events industry
• Portfolio showcasing exhibition stand or retail environment projects
• Experience with modular and custom-built stands
• Experience supervising final artwork adaptation and onsite graphic implementation
