Job description

Role Summary Lead digital marketing, website experience, customer acquisition, brand development, SEO, content creation, and online growth initiatives for Tixxgo. Key Responsibilities  Develop and execute digital marketing strategies.  Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and social campaigns.  Own the overall look and feel of the Tixxgo website.  Manage website content, landing pages, banners, and promotions.  Improve website conversion rates and customer experience.  Lead SEO initiatives and organic traffic growth.  Manage social media channels and content calendars.  Execute email marketing and customer retention campaigns.  Coordinate with website developers and agencies.  Monitor analytics, campaign performance, and ROI. KPIs  Website traffic growth  Conversion rate improvement  Customer acquisition cost (CAC)  Return on advertising spend (ROAS)  SEO ranking improvements  Social media engagement growth  Email campaign performance  Website speed and usability improvements Qualifications & Experience  Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.  3–5 years experience in Digital Marketing, Travel, OTA, Hospitality, or E-commerce.  Experience with Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta Business Suite.  Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and website management.  Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
