Role Summary Lead digital marketing, website experience, customer acquisition, brand development, SEO, content creation, and online growth initiatives for Tixxgo. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies. Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and social campaigns. Own the overall look and feel of the Tixxgo website. Manage website content, landing pages, banners, and promotions. Improve website conversion rates and customer experience. Lead SEO initiatives and organic traffic growth. Manage social media channels and content calendars. Execute email marketing and customer retention campaigns. Coordinate with website developers and agencies. Monitor analytics, campaign performance, and ROI. KPIs Website traffic growth Conversion rate improvement Customer acquisition cost (CAC) Return on advertising spend (ROAS) SEO ranking improvements Social media engagement growth Email campaign performance Website speed and usability improvements Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3–5 years experience in Digital Marketing, Travel, OTA, Hospitality, or E-commerce. Experience with Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta Business Suite. Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and website management. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
