HR Manager

Job Summary The HR Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end human resource operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and workplace culture development. The role ensures smooth HR processes while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing Develop a structured hiring system for timely recruitment. Source, screen, and hire suitable candidates for open positions. Ensure the right talent fit for organizational requirements. Employee Onboarding & Exit Management Manage employee onboarding, induction, and orientation processes. Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documents. Handle employee exit formalities, handovers, and knowledge transfer. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance Monitor attendance, overtime, and employee records. Coordinate salary processing, salary slips, and payroll calculations. Manage ESIC/PF calculations. Maintain employee ID systems and access control. Ensure ESIC cards and health insurance coverage for eligible employees. Performance & Employee Relations Conduct performance reviews. Address employee concerns and maintain healthy employee relations. Implement employee welfare and engagement activities. Organizational Culture Promote a positive, disciplined, and employee-friendly work culture. Support initiatives for employee motivation and team development. Help create a sustainable and productive workplace environment. Skills Required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Leadership and people management abilities Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, ESIC, and PF Payroll and attendance management knowledge Problem-solving and organizational skills Qualification & Experience Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field MBA/PGDM in HR preferred 3–8 years of relevant HR experience preferred
