Position: Senior HR Manager Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu Experience: 10 15 Years Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement HR policies and compliance processes.
- Manage employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies.
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and statutory compliance.
- Partner with department heads for workforce planning.
- Drive learning & development initiatives.
- Manage grievance handling and employee relations. Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- 8+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Experience with recruitment, HRMS, and performance management systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills. Preferred Skills
- Team management experience.
- HR analytics and reporting.
