  • Manage a team while developing & executing HR initiatives & strategies. About Our Client The client is a large MNC within the Appliances, Electrical & Electronics manufacturing industry. They are a global OEM, operating in 40+ countries. Job Description . Talent Attraction & Onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build & sustain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, technical institutions and industry associations, to strengthen the talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with managers to streamline and digitize onboarding documentation, improving overall efficiency.
  • Oversee the complete onboarding cycle to ensure all new hires receive thorough orientation and role-specific training.
  • Serve as the primary contact for new employees, addressing queries and providing support throughout their transition.
  • Work closely with the broader HR team and cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation in talent processes.
  • Monitor and assess recruitment metrics, trends, best practices and regulatory requirements, to ensure compliance and enhance hiring effectiveness. . Employee Engagement
  • Administer and analyze employee engagement surveys to gather insights into workforce sentiment.
  • Leverage survey results to identify patterns and improvement areas. Implement targeted action plans.
  • Provide guidance to managers and supervisors on engagement best practices, including communication, team-building and recognition initiatives.
  • Support leaders in developing the skills required to foster strong engagement within their teams.
  • Stay informed about current industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to employee experience and engagement. . Learning & Development
  • Work with leaders to identify training needs and recommend engaging, relevant learning solutions.
  • Coordinate in-house training and ensure external providers deliver content aligned with organizational goals.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics and continuous improvement measures. . Compensation Management
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
  • Manage the administration of merit increases and salary adjustments. Maintain alignment with performance contributions, internal guidelines, and budget parameters.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of employee benefits programs.
  • Effectively communicate compensation policies, changes and updates to employees & leaders, offering clarification as needed. . Talent Management
  • Support performance management activities, including goal setting, performance evaluations and development planning.
  • Identify high-potential talent and collaborate with leadership to design career development pathways. . Employee Relations
  • Serve as a key contact for employees seeking support with workplace concerns, offering informed, solution-focused guidance.
  • Respond promptly to questions related to policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Chinese labor laws to ensure all advice and actions comply with legal & regulatory requirements. . Team Leadership & Management
  • Recruit, coach and lead a high-performing HR team, fostering continuous development and a culture of learning.
  • Motivate team members by setting a clear vision and promoting high standards of performance.
  • Define measurable individual and team goals aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and recognizing achievements.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship, developing tailored growth plans to support team members' career advancement within the organization. . The Successful Applicant A successful candidate in this role should meet the following criteria -
  • 7-10 years relevant experience
  • Experience in an MNC in Electronics or similar Manufacturing industry is a MUST
  • Experience engaging with global stakeholders is a MUST
  • Expertise in Excel is a MUST
  • Experience implementing Workday or any other HRMS is preferred, but not necessary
  • Lean Six Sigma training preferred but not necessary
