Sr. Python Developer

Job Title: Python Developer Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Terms: Permanent/Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Python Developer to join our software development team supporting Growth Grids. You will be responsible for designing and developing efficient backend components, APIs, and automation tools to support large-scale software solutions across engineering and infrastructure domains. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving technical challenges, and is excited about developing technology that supports real-world infrastructure and consulting solutions. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using Python.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party services or internal tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts, frontend developers, and QA engineers to understand requirementsand deliver cohesive solutions.
• Write clean, modular, testable, and maintainable code following software development best practices.
• Develop and manage data processing scripts, automation utilities, and scheduling tasks (e.g., using Celery, Airflow, or Cron).
• Work with databases (relational and NoSQL) to ensure optimal data modeling and query performance.
• Contribute to architecture design, code reviews, documentation, and sprint planning.
• Debug production issues, write unit/integration tests, and improve application performance.
• Participate in DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and deployment automation. Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer. Proficiency in Python 3.x and experience with frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with API standards (REST, GraphQL), authentication mechanisms, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with Git, containerization tools (e.g., Docker), and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Experience in infrastructure-focused or consulting-related software projects is highly desirable.
