Job Summar yWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Fund Administration and Open-Ended Funds to support business transformation, operational improvement, and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements, drive process improvements, and support project delivery . Key Responsibiliti esGather, analyze, and document business requirement s.Prepare BRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Flows, and Gap Analysis document s.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and define solution s.Support fund administration processes including NAV calculation, fund accounting, transfer agency, subscriptions/redemptions, and regulatory reportin g.Participate in business transformation and process optimization initiative s.Support UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and business sign-of f.Collaborate with operations, technology, compliance, and product teams to ensure successful project deliver y.
