Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer & Content Creator at Textellent, Inc., you will be responsible for bringing the brand, campaigns, and marketing ideas to life across various digital, print, video, and event channels. You will design polished graphics for social media, email, web, digital ads, and print materials, while also strategically thinking about how creative supports engagement, lead generation, and brand consistency. Your role will involve creating visuals for various platforms and formats, from social media to tradeshow displays and lead magnets, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal. Key Responsibilities: - Create polished graphics for social media, email, web, digital ads, and print materials. - Design tradeshow booth graphics, signage, backdrops, flyers, handouts, and other event materials. - Develop lead magnets such as playbooks, guides, checklists, and downloadable PDFs. - Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets, including fonts, colors, layout, and overall visual style. - Create campaign visuals that support lead generation, customer engagement, and product education. - Write and refine short-form copy for headlines, captions, ads, email banners, and marketing materials. - Help turn campaign ideas into clear, visually compelling content for different audiences and channels. - Create and edit short-form videos for social media, ads, campaigns, product promotions, and events. - Add captions, simple motion graphics, and platform-ready formatting as needed. - Work with marketing, sales, and leadership to bring campaign ideas to life. - Manage multiple creative projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail. - Take feedback, revise quickly, and keep all work aligned with brand standards. Qualifications: - 24 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, marketing design, or a similar creative role. - Strong portfolio showing examples of digital, print, social, advertising, and/or marketing campaign creative. - Experience creating graphics for social media, email, web pages, ads, and print materials. - Experience designing marketing collateral such as flyers, one-pagers, guides, lead magnets, or event materials. - Ability to create clean, professional, brand-consistent designs across multiple formats. - Video creation or motion content experience for social media, ads, or promotional campaigns. - Some copywriting experience, especially for headlines, captions, ad copy, email graphics, and marketing content. - Strong attention to detail, including layout, spacing, typography, grammar, and brand consistency. - Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. - Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms. - Comfortable using AI-assisted creative tools while maintaining a strong human eye for quality, brand voice, and accuracy. - Available to work US business hours (9:00 AM-6:00 PM CST/CDT). Bonus Skills (Desired but Not Required): - Experience designing for B2B, SaaS, or technology companies. - Experience creating tradeshow booth graphics, large-format signage, or print-ready event materials. - Experience designing lead magnets such as playbooks, ebooks, reports, or downloadable guides. - Experience with video tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Canva Video, or similar. - Experience creating animated social graphics, GIFs, or simple motion graphics. - Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, or email marketing platforms. - Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for formatting emails or web content. - Experience creating digital ad creative for paid campaigns across Meta, Google, or display networks. - Photography, illustration, or product mockup experience. - Marketing, design, or communications certifications or formal education in a related field.
