About INTO3 into3.ai is building the future of learning. Unlike traditional EdTech platforms that deliver the same content to every learner, INTO3 uses proprietary technologies including a Real-Time Adaptive Engine (RTAE), Content Stitching Engine, and AI-powered personalization systems to create learning experiences that adapt to each student's unique learning style, engagement patterns, and cognitive needs. We believe the future of education is not one-size-fits-all. We are looking for a Growth & Digital Marketing Manager who can help build this category from the ground up. Role Overview This is not a traditional marketing role. You will be responsible for creating awareness, engagement, and demand for a category that does not yet exist in the minds of students, parents, and schools. You will work directly with the founders to build INTO3's brand narrative, digital presence, content ecosystem, community strategy, and student acquisition engine. Key Responsibilities Brand & Narrative Building

  • Develop and execute INTO3's brand positioning across digital channels.
  • Build campaigns around identity-led learning, adaptive learning, and student-first education.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across social media, website, PR, partnerships, and events. Content Strategy (Dotted line responsibility)
  • Create and manage a content engine for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop content calendars aligned to launch phases.
  • Work with creators, designers, and video editors to produce engaging content. Community Building
  • Build student and parent communities.
  • Drive engagement through webinars, challenges, learning campaigns, and ambassador programs.
  • Develop referral and advocacy programs. Partnerships (Support Function, not directly responsible)
  • Identify and activate partnerships with student ecosystems, communities, youth platforms, and creators.
  • Support school outreach and launch initiatives. Product Launch
  • Own execution of product launch campaigns.
  • Coordinate events, influencer activities, social media rollouts, and PR support. Analytics & Insights
  • Track growth metrics including engagement, activation, retention, and referrals.
  • Use data to continuously improve campaign performance. Desired Candidate Profile
  • 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, or brand building.
  • Experience in consumer internet, EdTech, SaaS, gaming, creator economy, or youth-focused products.
  • Strong understanding of Gen Z and student behavior.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Experience managing content, social media, communities, and partnerships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to build from scratch. Success Metrics
