Our client, a rapidly scaling health & wellness brand, is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive end‑to‑end performance marketing strategy and execution across Meta and Google. This role is pivotal in building sustainable customer acquisition and scaling high‑intent leads and conversions. Location: Gurugram Key Responsibilities
- Own the full funnel of performance marketing — from strategy to execution.
- Scale Meta and Google campaigns with a sharp focus on high‑intent leads and conversions.
- Optimize funnels, segment audiences, and run creative testing to maximize performance.
- Lead remarketing initiatives to improve retention and lifetime value.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively to deliver sustainable growth.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, product, and analytics teams to align marketing with business goals. Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in scaling Meta and Google campaigns.
- Proven track record in driving conversions and sustainable customer acquisition.
