Job description

As a Project Manager Project Management at AtkinsRealis, you will be based at the Gurgaon and/or Mumbai office. You will specialize in engineering projects in the Nuclear sector, focusing on safe, reliable, low-carbon nuclear power generation, and efficient defueling. Your role will involve leading the delivery of technical design and engineering projects for AtkinsRealis or key clients. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery of technical design and engineering projects - Appreciate complex practical, technical, and commercial issues - Work constructively with a broad range of stakeholders - Lead project teams locally or across multiple sites - Support business growth through excellence, mentoring, and business development Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in the Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) industry - Knowledge of Bidding/Costing and contractual matters - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills - Ability to manage client relationships and engage with multiple stakeholders - Experience in managing commercial and quality performance of projects Desirable Requirements: - Experience in the Nuclear industry or other highly regulated industries - Willingness to travel and work flexibly, including occasional out-of-hours work About AtkinsRalis: AtkinsRalis is a world-class engineering services and nuclear organization that focuses on transforming infrastructure and energy systems.
