Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Company Representative role based in Mumbai. The Company Representative will engage directly with resellers and business customers, explaining Yral Hub’s offerings, answering product and pricing queries, and supporting them through the sourcing process. The role includes managing inbound and outbound calls, messages, and in-person interactions, guiding customers on how to use the platform, and ensuring a smooth order experience from inquiry to delivery. The Representative will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow up on leads, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly. The position also involves collecting customer feedback, identifying opportunities to improve services, and helping drive customer retention and growth. Qualifications
- Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly with resellers and business buyers.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including lead follow-up, explaining value propositions, and closing deals in a B2B or ecommerce environment.
- Comfort using digital tools, CRM or spreadsheets, and messaging apps to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Good understanding or interest in ecommerce platforms and B2B sourcing, with a willingness to learn about product categories and pricing dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi and/or regional languages is an advantage.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple customer requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in inside sales, customer support, account management, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is an added benefit.
