As a Telesales Executive at Game Theory, your role involves driving coaching sales and promoting services to potential customers. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with potential customers to understand their fitness goals and preferences. - Present and promote swimming and badminton memberships, highlighting unique features and benefits. - Achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closing strategies. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members. - Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction. - Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the target market. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress. - Provide regular reports on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities to the management team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing or a related field. - Proven sales experience, preferably in the sports or fitness industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Passion for sports with a good understanding of swimming and badminton as a plus. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
