Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategy for managing and growing assigned smaller-sized accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory by cross-selling and up-selling Company's products and solutions.
  • Develop customer pathways, including processes for both acquiring and using the products.
  • Effectively communicate and demonstrate the value of Company's products or services to various customer groups through presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers through regular sales meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close deals in a mutually beneficial manner for both the customer and Company.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drive retention and generate new business opportunities.
  • Address customer queries related to financial, logistical, or clinical aspects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
  • Work exclusively through distributors. Requirements
