Full Stack Developer (Node.js / React.js)

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – Work from Home option available) Experience: 4+ years Joining: Immediate joiners preferred About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, build, and scale modern web applications. You'll work across the full development lifecycle, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver robust, high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and React.js
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs to connect front-end and back-end services
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on application development experience
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.js (MERN stack)
• Solid understanding of REST API design and integration
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and coordination skills Desirable Skills (Good to Have)
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Working knowledge of Apache Kafka
