As a Data Analyst at 3M Global Technology Center LLP, you will play a crucial role in the Enterprise Supply Management team by independently analyzing complex datasets, creating impactful dashboards, and delivering insights to support data-driven decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the data subject matter expert for the Enterprise Supply Management team. - Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources using SQL and AI-assisted workflows. - Utilize AI tools to accelerate data processing, generate Python scripts, and analyze complex supply chain datasets. - Conduct advanced analysis by collecting, processing, and modeling data to derive valuable insights for strategic decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions. - Lead technical and administrative workstreams independently and support the Project Leader in administration and coordination. - Present insights and recommendations to functional stakeholders. - Build and maintain scalable data models. - Support improvements in data quality, governance, and process automation. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in engineering. - Proficiency in data extraction and analysis. - Experience with statistical analysis and analytical techniques. - Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc. - Reasonable working knowledge of Python and the ability to leverage AI development tools for efficient data analysis. - Strong understanding of data modeling and relational databases. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
