Eligibility & Role Details 1. Work experience: 0 - 12 months 2. Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Balanagar area) 3. Job Type: Internship with PPO, Onsite, Full-time 4. Domain: Defence – Robotics, IoT Systems, Fire Control Systems & Training Simulators 5. Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/MTech graduates in Computer Science, Electronics /Electrical Engineering, Robotics /AI / Data Science or related discipline 6. Internship & Training Duration: 6 months as Intern role, followed by 6 months as Trainee role 7. Pay Structure: a. For Intern role: ₹15,000 per month b. For Trainee role: ₹18,000 per month 8. Compensation Post Internship: Determined in accordance with the performance 9. Job Summary We are looking for a passionate & highly motivated Machine Learning Intern (0 - 12 months experience) to develop algorithms for predicting the future position of high-speed drones using sensor and telemetry data. The candidate will work on real-world time-series data and build low-latency, high-accuracy prediction models for dynamic motion tracking. Responsibilities 1. Develop machine learning models for drone trajectory and future position prediction 2. Work with time-series data from sensors such as: a. IMU (accelerometer, gyroscope) b. GNSS / GPS c. Magnetometer / Barometer (optional) 3. Implement and evaluate algorithms like: a. Kalman Filter / Extended Kalman Filter b. LSTM / GRU / RNN models c. Regression & state estimation techniques 4. Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and noise filtering 5. Optimize models for real-time inference (low latency) 6. Collaborate with hardware & embedded teams for deployment 7. Validate models using simulation and real-world datasets 8. Document models, experiments, and performance metrics Desired Candidate Profile Core Technical Skills 1. Strong fundamentals in: a. Machine Learning basics b. Linear Algebra, Probability, and Statistics 2. Knowledge of: a. Time-series analysis & prediction b. State estimation concepts 3. Programming skills in: a. Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) 4. Familiarity with: a. PyTorch or TensorFlow (basic level) 5. Understanding of: a. Sensor data handling and noise characteristics 6. Basic knowledge of: a. Coordinate systems (ECEF, NED, etc.) Soft Skills & Work Approach 1. Ability to interpret datasheets and technical documentation 2. Cross-functional collaboration (working with firmware/software/hardware teams) 3. Agile and iterative prototyping mindset Qualifications 1. BE/BTech/MTech in: a. Computer Science b.
